Bacon - according to Italian technology (Calabrian recipe). Pork sternum is marinated in salt and cane sugar, and then, no matter what it looks like, we wash off these spices with a real brandy aged in oak barrels. This is what creates a unique sweet and vanilla flavor of this delicacy. When fried, this smell will conquer the hearts of any gourmet.
Bacon withers for about 4 weeks, is slightly smoked by cold smoking.
